Kudos to the person who came up with the solution! It was’nt in my Device Manager or listed in Dvd Computer. We had tried everything–even HP support!

There was no error or anything telling me about my Drive so this was a surprise to me when it up and disapeared. Thank you Guys for sharing this bug fix. DO look up how many people all claimed the same problems which even on the HP site forums is ignored and never addressed.
